Sovereign is introducing multi-factor authentication for portal log-ins.
Sovereign is introducing multi-factor authentication (MFA) for secure portal
log-ins from September 2026. This change strengthens the protection of member
and employer data.
What happens next
Affected users receive an email from Sovereign ahead of the change, with step-by-step instructions.
At your first log-in after the change, you set up your second verification step.
From then on, signing in takes one extra step — entering a code as well as your password.
There is nothing you need to do right now. Instructions will be sent directly
to affected users before the change takes effect.
